The main function of the lubricant is to reduce the friction between the polymer and the processing equipment and between the molecules inside the polymer, prevent resin degradation caused by excessive frictional heat, and improve the efficiency of the heat stabilizer.
Plastic profile additives four: processing additives
Processing aids are mainly developed to improve the processing performance of plastics. The processing temperature of the plastic profile is close to the decomposition temperature, and the fluidity is poor, and it is easy to stick to the equipment and coke. Therefore, a certain amount of processing aids need to be added in the production of plastic profiles to overcome the defects of the plastic profile itself.
Plastic profile additives five: light stabilizer
Light stabilizers can inhibit the photo-oxidative degradation reaction of polymers by shielding and absorbing ultraviolet rays, quenching excitation energy and capturing free radicals, thereby giving products a good light stabilization effect and prolonging their service life.

Filler is a solid additive that is different from plastic in composition and structure, also called filler.
